Chat Box To Shout Box?

Ok this is what i think

When we get more users and member for this website the chat box is going to get flooded with noobs spamming, here are my suggestions.

We make it so you have to have atleast 20 posts to use chatbox/shoutbox.

We should change the chat box to the shout box so there is no spam.

Make it so you dont have to log in to use chat box(Because when i started going on this web site i was like wth? how do i work the chatbox. then Bubble was like Press log in stupid!)

Also if you do get to speak to owner of 'Forum Motion', ask him if you can have chat-box on all pages?

chat boxes on all pages would be awsome because you dont have to make another tab. but wouldnt it take longer to load?
